Meet Russ Rosenzweig

A life shaped by curiosity.

Every meaningful journey begins with curiosity.

For Russ Rosenzweig, that curiosity has led to a lifetime of entrepreneurship, storytelling, collecting, and lifelong learning. Throughout his career, he has pursued ideas, relationships, and experiences that challenged conventional thinking while creating opportunities to build businesses, preserve history, and inspire others.

Today, those experiences come together through The Scholars’ Treasure—a legacy platform where entrepreneurship, memoir, craftsmanship, and storytelling intersect to celebrate the enduring value of human experience.

Building Something New

In 1997, Russ Rosenzweig co-founded Round Table Group, helping pioneer what would become the expert witness referral industry.

Transforming an idea into a nationally respected organization required vision, resilience, innovation, and the willingness to navigate uncertainty. Along the way, Russ discovered that entrepreneurship is about far more than building companies.

It is about building trust.

Relationships.

Ideas.

And opportunities for others to succeed.

Those lessons continue to influence every aspect of his work today.

From Entrepreneur to Storyteller

Business created the experiences.

Storytelling gave those experiences meaning.

Over time, Russ realized that the most valuable lessons from entrepreneurship were often the deeply personal ones—moments of uncertainty, unexpected opportunities, meaningful friendships, and the countless small decisions that quietly shape a lifetime.

Rather than allowing those stories to fade with time, he chose to preserve them through writing.

That decision ultimately became The Scholars’ Treasure.

Why Collect?

For Russ, collecting has never been about ownership.

It has always been about preservation.

Each remarkable Montblanc writing instrument represents an artist, explorer, scientist, philosopher, leader, or historical moment whose influence continues to shape our understanding of the world.

Collecting became another form of storytelling—a way to honor craftsmanship while preserving the remarkable lives behind the objects themselves.

Guiding Principles

Throughout his work, several ideas continue to guide Russ’s approach to business, storytelling, and life.

Curiosity creates opportunity.

The willingness to ask questions often leads to the greatest discoveries.

Stories preserve wisdom.

Experiences become truly valuable when they are shared.

Craftsmanship deserves appreciation.

Excellence is built through patience, discipline, and attention to detail.

Learning never ends.

Every conversation offers the opportunity to discover something new.

Legacy is measured by what we leave behind for others.

The greatest achievements are those that continue to inspire future generations.
